I can just imagine the sense of impending doom as you crossed the country again – revisiting a battlefield with snipers still ready to take pot shots – thank goodness you are on safe ground now. I have been talking to your dear friend Mark Hourigan and he is currently reading over the contract on a dream flat in Coogee which I made a successful offer on prior to listing – very exciting – can’t move in till March but plenty to do in the meantime- including selling Bray st – will send you the link to the flat so you can get an idea – much love nd do take care😳👀💖
